I went into Oxford, into the woods, misjudged where I was supposed to exit, and added on a mile and a half to my long run. This was my highest single day total and longest single run.

Week Total= 62 miles, my highest total ever. This was a great week; started with 3 good runs, included the most intervals I've ever done, another couple good runs, a progression run in a rainstorm, and my longest run ever. In addition, on Friday Coach Gary Gardner told me I could start practicing with the team this upcoming week, so I'll see how that goes.
