Moxie isn't doing much for me right now. I'm tired. I did 24 (twenty-four) 200m repeats today with 200 rest jog in between. I am lacking speed, so this workout is a high priority for me right now. I didn't start feeling comfortable until maybe the 5th or 6th rep. I ran 38's quite consistently, with a few dropping below. At halfway through I started to drop to 37's as I got comfortable, but once I hit the last 6 reps I was slowing down. Pushed real hard on the last one and did not have much left after it.

That's 24 200's (3 miles worth of running), at 5:01 pace. I'm not quite sure what that means, but I do know that it was a good workout and I'm happy with how it went. This is the type of effort I need to be putting into workouts in order to keep moving forward, which is why I am satisfied with today.
