Mon 9/29  2mi run

Tue 9/30  30mins bike; 9.2 miles, got heart rate to 187 at end.

Wed  10/1  off

Thu 10/2  2mi run

Fri 10/3  30mins bike; 9.4miles. heart rate 182.

Sat 10/4  2mi run

WEEK TOTALS: 6mi run, 19mi bike.

Feels great to be doing exercise again, even though it's such a small amount at this point. I hope to continue this the next week then maybe the leg will start to come around and I'll be able to increase the frequency or mileage.
